Accepted Forms of Payment:

We no longer accept payment by mail (personal checks, money orders, etc.) unless you have already established that privilege with us. We do accept Credit & Debit Cards which are either: mastercd.gif (4972 bytes)
We also accept which has to be done by email.
You may include your credit card number with confidence since we are on a secure server!

Our regular business hours are Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm ET but feel free to leave a message anytime.

Shipping & Handling & Insurance Charges:

We will ship by the third business day but let us know if you need your order sooner! We primarily use the US Post Office but will ship UPS also. Generally, we choose the least expensive service for you. We insure most orders! We do charge $1.60 per order for handling. We do ship internationally! In any case, we will give you the exact amount of your order including S/H/Ins. before we ship if you request it!

Return Policy:

We will refund the purchase price of items ordered if we receive them within two weeks of the purchase date, less the shipping, handling and insurance charges, and you have requested and received a "Return Authorization Approval Code". In order to receive this, please email us with the order number, items & prices, and reason for return. We will in turn, email you the approval code. We do charge a 15% restocking fee! Merchandise will not be accepted unless it is returned in the original condition shipped.
